We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will support and enhance the employee experience across the organization. You will be involved in key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.

As an HR Generalist, you'll work closely with department managers to identify hiring needs, assist in developing a positive workplace culture, and ensure smooth daily HR operations. You will also serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping to address concerns, support performance management processes, and promote company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Organize and lead onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR reporting and audits.
  • Promote a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist or HR support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
